Start of a new journey

Creating is fun. It is good. It’s as natural as breathing, but so often we don’t give ourselves the space to do it. I am interested in many avenues of creation, but one of the most powerful and effective for me is giving life to words. I love to write, and for years I spent much time journaling, observing, imagining new and fantastical words. I find this exhilarating and life-giving.

Though very much a passion of mine, I have drifted away due to the distractions of life (joyful as so many of them may be). Recently, the yearning to once again create through expressive writing has grabbed me, and I hope to appease that through this little endeavor.

I hope to share some of my joys and experiences, but even if my thoughts get lost in the void and no one reads them, I will be satisfied knowing that I answered my calling to create.
